Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, sausage or turkey
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (13.5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 deep dish pie crust
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain. Saute onion and pepper in a small amount of fat. Mix meat, sauteed vegetables, cheese, mushrooms, flour, and put into piecrust. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45-55 minutes or until firm. May be frozen. Serves 4.
