Creamy Carrot Nut Mold(Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
    2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Lightly oil a 2-quart mold with cooking oil.
    Pour boiling water over gelatin in bowl and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
    Gradually add gelatin mixture to sour cream, stirring until well blended.
    Stir until mixture begins to jell.
    Stir in pineapple, carrots and nuts.
    Turn into mold and chill until firm, about 4 hours.
    Unmold onto salad greens.
