Broccoli Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. broccoli florets, cleaned
    1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 carrots, cut in thin 1-inch strips
    1 red onion, cut in rings
    1 red pepper, cut in half rings
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. oil (can use water too)
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Put oil in pot, add garlic, onion, mushrooms and red peppers. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    Add florets and stir-fry 5 to 8 minutes, until tender.
    Add salt and lemon rind.
    Toss and serve.
    Serves 6.
