Skillet Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c. cooked, chopped chicken
1 c. brown rice
chicken broth, oil or butter
Preparation
-
Saute celery, onion and green pepper in small amount of oil or butter until tender. Add chicken, salt and poultry seasoning. Continue stirring until chicken is heated.
Cook rice according to package using chicken broth instead of water. Add to sauteed ingredients and cook until dry and beginning to stick to skillet.
