Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
1 large chopped onion
1/2 stick margarine
1 small can pimento, chopped
1 small can mushrooms, chopped
1 can beef bouillon
1 can beef consomme
1 c. raw rice
Preparation

Saute celery and onion in margarine until onion is transparent. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into large casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 10 to 12.
