Arabic Chicken Fajitas(Very Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 red pepper, diced
    2 c. white mushrooms, cut in half
    1 large can tomatoes, diced
    salt and black pepper as needed
    1 spoon olive oil
Preparation
    Spray large wok with nonstick cooking spray; heat until very hot.
    Add chicken and cook it for 4 minutes.
    Remove from wok and keep it warm.
