Bean And Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 or 20 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    16 oz. canned red beans
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced peppers (red and green)
    1 c. diced onions
    1 c. sugar
    1 scant c. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook frozen vegetables as directed; drain and cool.
    Add drained red beans.
    Add diced vegetables and mix.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix.
    Mix sugar, vinegar, flour and mustard in a small saucepan.
    Cook, stirring until clear.
    Cool and pour over vegetables.
