Zucchini Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 (10-inch) zucchini
1 onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
olive oil
1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage, thawed
1 large can tomatoes
2 basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Thaw sausage meat the night before.
Brown in frying pan and drain any excess fat.
Set meat aside.
Peel zucchini and slice into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
Peel and slice onions and garlic.
