Pot Roast Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground lean beef
2/3 c. canned milk
1/3 c. Progresso Italian style bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 to 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of minced garlic
2 strips bell pepper, chopped fine
3 medium potatoes
3 onions, sliced 1/4 inch thick
3 medium carrots, sliced lengthwise
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
few grains pepper
Preparation

Mix first 8 and shape into a loaf in center of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Peel and slice potatoes, onions and carrots (sliced lengthwise).
Mix parsley flakes, salt and pepper.
Place vegetables in layers around meat.
Sprinkle each layer with part of salt mixture.
Cover pan tightly with foil.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
Uncover and bake 10 minutes more to brown meat.
Serves 4.
