German Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 c. thin sliced apples
1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients.
Beat together.
Add sliced apples and walnuts.
Grease 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
