Frozen Pea Salad - Layered - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head of lettuce, broken into bits
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced purple onion (about 2 slices)
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 pkg. frozen English peas
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Put all ingredients in large bowl in layers as listed.
Spread over this 2 cups mayonnaise mixed with 3 tablespoons sugar (seal edges as you spread).
Cover with airtight seal (I use Tupperware).
