Chili Cheese Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese
    1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 small can chopped green chilies
Preparation
    Grate cheese and mix together. Beat eggs lightly. Add canned milk to eggs and blend with cheeses. In a 9 x 13 buttered pan, cover bottom with chopped green chilies. Pour cheese mixture over chilies. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Remove, cool. Cut in 1 inch squares.
