Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 onion
    1 pepper
    1 can tomatoes
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. rice, uncooked
Preparation
    Brown hamburger.
    Add pepper and ringed onions.
    Mix in chili powder, tomatoes and rice.
    Bake in covered dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
