Pumpkin Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Add sugar and stir to mix thoroughly.
    Make a well in center of dry ingredients and add all at once, the oil, eggs and water and pumpkin.
    Mix well and add nuts.
    Pour batter into 3 (8 x 4-inch) loaf pans.
    Fill only half full.
    Bake for 1 hour or until wooden toothpick comes out clean.
    One loaf equals 16 slices; each slice contains 85 calories.
