Beef And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. wide noodles, cooked and drained
2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) cream of tomato soup (undiluted)
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown beef.
Remove beef and drain fat. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Saute onion and pepper until tender.
Add beef, Worcestershire sauce, noodles and soups; mix well.
Spoon into a greased 3-quart casserole; top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Yields 8 servings.
