Curry-Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. curry powder
2 lb. skinless chicken breasts
Preparation

Place margarine in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and heat in a 375\u00b0 oven until melted.
Stir in honey, mustard and curry powder. Add chicken, turning to coat.
Bake, turning chicken over after 20 minutes.
Bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 4 servings. Contains 255 calories per serving.
