Cherry Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks Imperial margarine
    1 box powdered sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. Wondra flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. walnut halves
    2 (10 oz.) jars drained maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Grease tube pan and dust with flour.
    Combine margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add flour, vanilla and salt; mix well.
    Fold in walnuts and halved maraschino cherries.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove from pan after 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
