Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust
    1 c. heavy cream (8 oz.)
    3 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. cut-up Swiss cheese
    1 c. cut-up ham
Preparation
    Prepare eggs and cream in blender.
    Put ham and Swiss cheese in pie shell.
    Pour egg mixture over it.
    Cook 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
