Roman Holiday - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    salt and pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 green pepper, cut up fine
    1/2 jar mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 can tomato soup
    4 to 6 slices American cheese
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Add to ground beef and salt and pepper:
    celery, onion, green pepper and mushrooms.
    Simmer until soft.
    Cook spaghetti (broken in thirds) and add Cheddar cheese and tomato soup.
