Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. cheese cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broccoli 5 minutes and drain.
    Combine other ingredients, except crackers to make sauce.
    Combine sauce with broccoli.
    Pour into casserole.
    Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes.
    This may be frozen or refrigerated before baking.
