Chuckwagon Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. beef cubes (5 cups)
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lard
2 sliced onions
1 clove garlic, minced
28 oz. can tomatoes
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 to 1 tsp. dry crushed red pepper
2 c. chopped potatoes
2 c. chopped carrots
Preparation

Coat beef in mixture of flour, paprika, 1 teaspoon chili powder and salt.
Brown in hot fat in large Dutch oven.
Add onion and garlic; cooking until soft.
