Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil together.
Add eggs and pumpkin; mix well. Sift together dry ingredients, add alternately with water to pumpkin mixture.
Pour into 2 well-greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tests done.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Remove from pan to cool.
