Vietnamese Spring Rolls(Goi) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. rice paper sheets
    1 pkg. thin rice noodles (bun)
    1 cucumber, finely sliced
    1/2 c. carrots, shredded
    1 c. cilantro, minced
    Boston leaf/green leaf lettuce
    8 oz. lean roasted pork*
    soy sauce
    sriracha hot chili sauce
    1 lime, cut into pieces
Preparation
    *Or 1 pound large, cleaned and deveined shrimp or 8 ounces boiled breast of chicken, minced.
