Herbed Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. reduced-calorie margarine (tub)
    2 (1 1/2 oz.) slices Italian or French bread
    2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. each: chopped fresh basil and parsley
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    In small mixing bowl, combine margarine, basil and parsley; mix thoroughly.
    Onto each slice of bread, spread half of the margarine mixture; sprinkle half of the cheese on each slice of bread.
    On nonstick baking sheet, arrange bread slices, herb-side up, and broil until cheese is golden, about 1 minute.
