Spanish Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 strips bacon
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 green pepper
    1 head cabbage
    1 pt. stewed tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    vinegar to taste (start with 2 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    Fry bacon; break in pieces.
    Saute onion and green pepper. Chop cabbage.
    Add tomatoes, salt and pepper and vinegar.
    Put all in one pot and boil until cabbage is done.
