Cheddar Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. water
    1 c. flour
    1 c. beer
    1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a covered pan and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
    Add cheese, stirring over low heat until cheese is melted.
    Whisk in beer and stir until well blended.
