Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    6 c. shredded zucchini
    3 c. shredded yellow squash
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 to 3 tsp. dried whole thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Drain shredded zucchini and squash.
    Squeeze dry with paper towels.
    Set aside.
    Coat a medium skillet with vegetable spray. Place over medium-high heat until hot.
    Add onions and saute for 5 minutes or until tender.
    Combine squash, onions, shredded cheese and next four ingredients in large bowl.
    Stir well.
