Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cut green beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 can LeSeuer early peas
1 medium onion
1 medium bell pepper
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Drain all vegetables before adding to liquid.
Cut onion and bell pepper. Dice small.
Mix vinegar, oil and sugar.
Put in covered bowl and keep in refrigerator.
