Italian Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    10 to 12 pieces fried bacon, crumbled
    1 large bottle Zesty Italian dressing
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 large red onion, sliced
    1/2 c. sugar
    12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    croutons
Preparation
    Combine the dressing, sugar, onion and Parmesan cheese in a large Ziploc bag; refrigerate and let marinate for 8 to 12 hours. Mix remaining ingredients and toss just before serving.
