Seafood Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. fettuccine
    1/4 c. butter
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Louis Kemp Crab Delights flakes or chunks
    1 c. half and half
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain.
    Heat butter and garlic in skillet on medium heat until garlic is lightly browned.
    Add Crab Delights, half and half and pepper.
    Heat about 3 minutes or until mixture just begins to bubble, stirring occasionally.
    Add Parmesan cheese; stir for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Toss Crab Delight sauce with fettuccine.
    Serve immediately with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
    Makes four 1-cup servings.
