Cheese Meat Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 egg
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Combine beef, egg, crumbs, onion, 1/3 cup sauce, salt, oregano and pepper.
    Mix well and shape into flat rectangle, about 10 x 12 inches, on waxed paper.
    Sprinkle cheese over.
    Roll as for jelly roll; press ends to seal.
    Bake in shallow baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Pour remaining sauce over roll; bake an additional 15 minutes.
