Fettuccine Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fettuccine
1 egg yolk
2/3 c. cream or substitute sour cream
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

Cook fettuccine according to directions on the package.
Beat egg yolk lightly.
Add cream.
Melt margarine.
Drain noodles. Add other ingredients and toss together.
