Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and foamy, then add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Add flour mixture slowly.
    Blend well. Makes 2 loaves.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
