Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can (14 oz.) whole corn, undrained
    1 can (14 oz.) creamed corn
    1 pkg. cornmeal muffin mix (1/2 doz. size)
    1 stick butter, melted
    1/2 c. to 1 c. grated swiss cheese.
Preparation
    Put beaten eggs in medium size bowl. Add sour cream, whole corn and creamed corn. Mix well. Add muffin mix. Add melted butter & swiss cheese. Pour into greased 10 X 6 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
