Beignets From Togo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    black-eyed peas (dry)
    chili pepper to taste
    minced onion to taste
    salt to taste
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Grind dry black-eyed peas into a flour.
    Mix this with chili pepper, minced onion and salt.
    Add small amount of water to make small rolls.
    Fry in hot oil.
