Buffalo Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings
    1 c. Louisiana hot sauce
    2/3 c. butter
    1/2 c. Burgundy wine
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Disjoint wings and wash.
    Deep fry in oil; drain.
    While wings are frying, mix all remaining ingredients and warm until butter is melted.
    After draining wings, toss them in the sauce until coated. Serve with carrot and celery strips and Blue cheese dip.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
