Special Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
1 pkg. graham cracker crumbs
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. flour in mixture

Preparation

Soften
margarine
and blend with graham cracker crumbs. Spread evenly
on
bottom
and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan. Blend remaining
ingredients, one at a time and mix well.
Pour into spring pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Leave oven door closed for 1
hour to let set and cool.
Next open and cool, 30 minutes more.
