Ingredients

1 sq. butter or margarine, melted
1 c. flour
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped fine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 1/2 c. whipped cream (Cool Whip)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 small pkg. instant lemon pudding (approximately 3.5 oz. size)
3 c. cold milk
Preparation

Beat the ingredients together and spread over cream cheese. Refrigerate until firm.
One-half hour before serving, spread whipped cream over the top.
