Breakfast Tacos(Eggs With Chile) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1/4 c. bacon grease
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped bacon (already cooked)
    1/4 c. tomato sauce
    2 jalapeno peppers (medium size)
Preparation
    Scramble the eggs with 1/4 cup of milk.
    Saute onions in bacon grease.
    Pour mixture into bacon grease in skillet.
    Add chopped bacon.
    In blender, mix jalapeno peppers with tomato sauce.
    Add 1 cup of water to this mixture; dump into scrambled eggs.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve with tortillas.
    Serves at least 4 persons.
