Macadamia Nut Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. butter
    11.5 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    4 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Line an 8-inch square pan with foil.
    In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, salt, evaporated milk and butter, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a firm rolling boil. Boil 6 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in chips, unsweetened chocolate, marshmallows and vanilla.
    Blend until smooth.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into pan.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Remove from pan and peel off foil.
    Makes 2 pounds, 10 1/2 ounces candy.
