Chicken Drummettes Teriyaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings
1/3 c. salad oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 c. sherry or white wine
Preparation

Cut large drummette sections from chicken wings and reserve rest for another use.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large, glass dish or plastic bag.
Add the drummettes and marinate. Refrigerate overnight.
