My Mother'S Apricot-Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can apricots, drained and cut fine
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 pkg. orange Jell-O
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. combined apricot-pineapple juice
    3/4 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Drain and chill fruit.
    Reserve juices.
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
    Add 1 cup combined juices.
    Chill until slightly congealed.
    Fold in fruits and marshmallows.
    Pour in long baking dish and chill until firm.
    Spread with Cheese Topping.
