Hawaiian Sweet-Sour Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ribs
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
1 to 2 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 can chunk pineapple, drained
Preparation

Fry ribs until brown and add soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and pineapple juice.
Cover and simmer about 30 minutes on low heat. Add pineapple chunks and continue to cook on low heat for another 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
If desired, thicken juice with cornstarch and serve.
