Easy Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stewed beef
    2 cans mixed vegetables
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 small can V-8 juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil the beef starting on high heat until it comes to a boil. Lower the heat to medium and cook the beef approximately 30 minutes. Add vegetables, stewed tomatoes and V-8 juice. Bring to a boil then lower heat to medium. Cook for approximately 30 minutes, then simmer on low heat until beef is tender but not overcooked. Salt and pepper to taste.
