Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter extract
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. finely grated carrots
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
-
Cream together eggs and oil.
Add dry ingredients.
Blend in vanilla, butter extract, pineapple, carrots and pecans.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
