Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 stick butter, melted in the oven in a Bundt pan
    2 1/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix meal, flour, egg, buttermilk and sugar. Pour over butter in Bundt pan. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes (until crisp and brown on top).
