Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Accent
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 oz. unseasoned bread crumbs (add more if mix is too wet)
    1 egg
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/4 to 1/2 chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients and form into loaf.
    Combine Worcestershire sauce and catsup.
    Lightly score top and spread catsup over top.
    Roast in covered pan at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes.
