Zucchini Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. shredded yellow squash or zucchini
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
    In a large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat well in mixer.
    Stir in squash.
    Add dry ingredients, stirring only until moistened. Optional nuts and/or raisins may be stirred in.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
    Test with toothpick.
    Let remain in pan 10 minutes, then remove to cool.
