Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    3 c. boiling water
    3 bouillon cubes (beef or chicken)
    1 (4 oz.) can drained mushroom pieces
Preparation
    Melt butter in a skillet; add onion and rice.
    Brown, stirring continuously.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in water.
    Combine all in a baking dish; add mushrooms, salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
