Ingredients

1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. boiling water
Preparation

Stir together flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder and baking powder.
Add milk, oil and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Stir in nuts. Transfer batter to a 1-quart casserole. Combine the 1/3 cup sugar and remaining cocoa powder. Gradually stir in boiling water.
Pour evenly over batter.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Serve warm.
